And now this...
Hoping for a really cost effective way to replace only what’s cracked or seal this up with a plumber-grade sealant..

Welcome to TFP!!!No repair is going to hold. Either replace the part that is cracked or the entire pump section.
Do you mean that you just replaced the motor?
