Pump has little to no water movement

Post a full set of current test results from your TF-100
I see you are sharing your PoolMath logs, but haven't posted actual test results there.
Do the tests and post them all to PoolMath.

Are you familiar with the FC/CYA Levels?

If the filter pressure is climbing after only one week, you probably have a nascent algae bloom.
See post #19 for the suggested DE amounts.
I'll work on getting the test results in. Thank you for every ones help, I really appreciate it.

FC = 0 (just followed the instructions to add 2 quarts, 3 cups of 10% Bleach)
pH = 7.2 (just followed instructions to add 27oz of soda ash)
TA = 70
CYA = unknown, the tube spills over after 30 and I can still vaguely see the black dot at the bottom

Those test results indicate your water has no chlorine, and even if it did, it wouldn't last long with no protection from the sun. I would recommend the following:
1 - Increase the CYA to 30 with granular stabilizer and pre-soaking via the sock method.
2 - Increase (and maintain) the FC to 12 using liquid chlorine. Follow the SLAM Process page until you pass all 3 SLAM criteria.

Let us know if you have any questions.

I've added 6lbs of CYA several months ago, I can continue to add more, but just worried about adding too much.

CYA does degrade over time, so it may have fallen a bit. All you can do is perform an accurate CYA test now so you can adjust accordingly. The notes below may help.

CYA Testing:
Proper lighting is critical for the CYA test, so you want to test for CYA outside on a bright sunny day. Taylor recommends standing outside with your back to the sun and the view tube in the shade of your body. Use the mixing bottle to combine/gently mix the required amounts of pool water and R-0013 reagent, let sit for 30 seconds, then gently mix again. Then, while holding the skinny tube with the black dot at waist level, begin squirting the mixed solution into the skinny tube. Watch the black dot until it completely disappears. If it helps, pour a little, look away, then look back and pour some more. Some people like to squirt enough solution to go line-by-line for a better feel. Once it disappears, record the CYA reading. After the first test, you can pour the mixed solution from the skinny view tube back to the mixing bottle, shake, and do the same test a second, third, or fourth time to instill consistency in your technique, become more comfortable with the testing, and validate the CYA reading. If you are still questioning your own results, have a friend or two do the same test 2-3 times. Share your results only after everyone is done to see if you came up with the same average results.

How long after can I test for CYA again? I've dissolved it this time in a bucket. Took about 20 minutes with warm water and stirring it around.

Previous times, I just put it straight into the skimmer basket. So, now I am thinking it never got dissolved.

When you dissolve granular stabilizer, either in a bucket or the sock method, most of the CYA should show up in your test in about 24 hrs. Of course here at TFP we always say to never pour it down the skimmer, not only because of the acidic value of stabilizer or potential to clog, but more than anything because it will sit in the filter for days before it dissolves. But test your CYA again tomorrow and you should be close to your target.
