We are having extreme difficulty programming our Intelliconnect. Our SuperFlo VST (342002) has a October 2023 manufacture date, firmware is 1.6.2.5 and we did purchase the Pentair 356324Z RS485 cable (the green and yellow wires are connected to relay 1). Our pump options did not include SuperFlo so we selected Pentair VS (RS485) per the instructions. The pump screen simply flashes "auto" and "3000" and runs all day and night. Likewise, our heater options did not include Hayward so we just selected another heater with the same BTUs. On the bright side, our lights work (wired to relay 2). We are ready to start over and just have everything hard-wired like the good ol' fashioned days without an automation system. You’re not supposed to connect the green and yellow wires to a relay on the intelliconnect. There is an area on bottom left of the unit for rs 485 wires. Do not connect them to a relay. I set it up a few months ago with a breeze.
Make sure your pump is on auto I think you hold down the power button for a few seconds and it will show auto on screen.
