Price of Stabilizer

Anyone else noticed the price of Stabilizer has shot up? I paid $10 for 4 lbs last year and earlier this year (in NC, Lowe’s).

I buy 25lbs for about $60 from Amazon. That is the cheapest I have found it. I go through a lot of stabilizer.

This is showing $21 for 5#, but none at my local store, 4 other nearest stores have 14 bags total between all of them put together. Closest in stock is 35 miles away.
We still have two months of swim season. Wonder why the sudden decrease in stock?

20% increase seems a bit steep for one year. Any thoughts on why the steep price increase?

I’ll grab the Puri Tech from Amazon. My yearly use of it is pretty low. But we have hurricane season coming. Irritating to need it and not have on-hand.

I guess I was wrong on the price, its $48 and it turns out I have bought 4 bags of the 25lb over the years. Still the best deal that I have found.

BTW. if any of you have used boric acid before I store the bag in the old Duda diesel tub that the boric acid comes in.
