Possible upgrade of single to variable pump

So I am new to the forums and I am managing two pools, mine (2 years old) and my Moms. Her pool is 20+ years old and I am guessing about 25/26,000 gallons (it’s a little smaller than mine which is 33,000). She has a single pump and a booster pump with intermatic timers. She had a 20 yr old pool sweep. So we purchased a Polaris 360, not knowing that she had a booster at the time and it doesn’t work with one). So we started researching Variable Pumps. Her piping is older and looks to be 3/4 inch. We have had a few quotes:

1) Jandy 2.2THP 230V EPUMP VARIABLE SPEED PUMP with App controller for $1795
2) Waterway 3HP Variable Speed - $1350 installed.
3) Pentair Intelliflo - Installed price is $1500
4) Hayward VS950- $1550 Installed.

Any thoughts on these different models? We get a $250 rebate for variable pumps in our area, but $1795 is hard to swallow. Thanks for the help.

In my signature, it is my secondary pool.

Does she have a Jandy controller as well? Might be a consideration.

Otherwise, the Intelliflo is quite well regarded on the forum.

Just had our Hayward VSP fail after almost exactly 4 years (needed a new $800 drive). Our pool tech said the Haywards are prone to motor problems. Fortunately, he got us a gratis manufacturer replacement even though it was out of warranty. Hope we get another 4 years out of the new drive.
