I accidentally left my sand filter in Rinse mode for 10 minutes after a Backwash. Excluding the obvious unnecessary water loss from the pool (not enough for the skimmer to dry out), are there any other negative side effects?
Possible to RINSE too long?

It doesn't seem that your water loss was all that much so you should be okay. If some of your tested levels were on the low side, for example, salt level, then you may want to test again and see you need need to add something due to dilution from adding more water to replace what you loss. But you have a 30,000 gallon pool so your water loss wasn't a high percentage of your total water volume.
