We might be buying a new build home in Phoenix AZ and wanted opinions on this style pool:
Around 4-5 feet deep on the deeper end with a smallish, gas heated, jacuzzi on the side. What would I be looking at for approximate costs on a project like this?
The best thing to do would be to get quotes from at least 5 Pool Builders (PB) from your area. Every area is so different in prices even in the same town depending on the location.
We will help you look over the bids to make sure you don't miss something.
The beauty is definitely in its simplicity. I love it!
It's almost impossible to give even ballpark cost amounts. I could say greater than 50k and less than 100k and still be wrong. You might get lucky and catch the attention of a member here who lives near you, and has a similarly designed pool which was built recently. The options for materials and equipment are endless which can dramatically change bids.
Still, it would help to give the length and width of the pool you have in mind.
Looks like about $65 - $70K with in-floor cleaning and automation. I’d raise the spa a tad so you can run it independently from the pool during the winter months. That’s a nice look though.
Love the design, probably because it looks similar to ours! Probably a little fancier with the landscaping that we're doing and we are in Texas. But check out our build and you'll see what 65k gets you in Texas.
