PoolMath app recommended FC levels

Hi!

I'm currently in the process of opening the pool. Temperatures are still too cold for my SWCG to work properly, so I'm currently treating the pool as a chlorine-bleach pool.
In the app, pool is currently setup as a SWCG.

My last test, FC of 7.5, CYA 50.

How come the app is recommending FC of 2,0 - 8,0 ?

As per Chlorine/CYA chart:

• NON-SWCG with CYA 50, min is 4, target 6-8
• SWCG with CYA 50 is not there, CYA too low

Shouldn't the app Recommended FC be at least 4, since it's the 1st value in the chart for SWCG?

Also, for pool owners that need to play with both NON-SWCG and SWCG pool setup, would it possible to have something in the App to help us? Or should I just reconfigure the pool as NON-SWCG until I turn on SWCG unit?

Configure PoolMath as non-SWG for proper recommendations when the SWG is inoperative.

Don't be a slave to the robot. Follow the FC/CYA Levels. With your CYA below recommended levels for CYA with a SWG PM is doing its best giving you a reasonable FC range. PoolMath is not as smart as you are.
