Pool timer not turning

My label in the box is missing, and the rear motor isn't spinning. Not sure which model timer it is after doing some looking around I have a vague idea but I'm not sure which exactly it is.

The motor can be replaced or the entire timer. My local Home Depot carries both.

That is an Intermatic T104M (the mechanism, not the entire box). Always check for power before condemning a part. There should be 240V between terminals 1 and 3.
