The construction of the pool? There is no need if things are done in order. The last thing for me was plaster. If the water isn't in before things like the deck are in then you wouldn't need it. Tenting will keep dust and other stuff from getting in the water. No water means you don't need to tent.
On plaster day if the weather is to be above roughly 95° it’s best to look into “tenting” the pool. This helps protect the surface and the workers from the extreme sun thus allowing the surface to cure slowly.
