I have already started running sprayers off of my return jets to keep the water cool. I also plugged off some returns to get more flow at the sprayers. Then I started thinking with my swg will the chlorine gas that is generated just get released through the air with the sprayers? Anyone know the answer to this?

Short answer is No.
The chlorine generated immediately dissolves in water and forms hypochlorous acid/hypochlorite which remains in solution. So there is no “gas” to release.
