I have a 30’ round agp does anyone know the best position for circulation ? I have it now pointing down to the right a little, opposite of skimmer. Like 1oclock looking down at it.

On mine I have it pointing slightly down at and angle towards the bottom and also away from the skimmer. When it's not windy out I can actually see the water movement going around. All the large debris always collects in the middle.
That’s how it should be, you want the chlorinated water coming out of the return to circulate the water as much as possible throughout the whole pool.
