Pool Pilot is Not Producing Sufficient Chlorine

I tested the CYA today with the TF-100 view tube. My previous view tube reading was over 70. Today I read about 60. A slightly lower CYA level is not unreasonable. I will add 4 pounds of CYA this weekend.

My water temperature is 86 to 87. The only soar heating I have is the sun shining on the pool; this is substantial solar heating.
