I have a pool pilot digital dig220 salt system. I just replaced the cell and cord in the Spring. Today our pool started turning green and a red light was flashing on the digital display. It said purifier off as well. The salt level is now registering at 2500 ppm and said to add 63 pounds of salt. I just added 40 pounds ( I have to pick up some more salt tomorrow) and I turned the purifier to off while the salt dissolves. Is it possible the error will go away after the salt level reads higher or is there something wrong with the pool pilot? I do not know much about pools, I'm having to figure this out on my own. Any help is greatly appreciated.

See if your PoolPilot begins generating after the salt dissolves for 24 - 48 hours. You may have been low on salt.
You should get a K-1766 salt test kit and not rely on the SWG salt display which can be wrong - https://tftestkits.net/salt-c34/
