Pool math app subscription issue

Hi all - last few weeks I've been having problems with the Pool math app not recognizing my subscription. I renewed back in July for another year, but the app tells me there is no valid subscription (but still lets me log my results after I click through the various dialogue boxes). In the app, the subscription expiry date is always "today", and the restoration subscription option doesn't work. I've signed in/out, deleted/reinstalled the app, no change. Any ideas?
