Pool liner seam

My pool seam goes up through the skimmer. I know it's not supposed to but do you think it will be ok. Didn't realize there were multiple Sean's on my 24ft round

That doesn’t seem right. Is this a permanent above ground pool?
Is it already installed this way?
Some pictures would be helpful to get a better understanding.

I installed the pool and liner. The seam of the liner for the wall goes up through the skimmer. When I cut the hole for the skimmer I will have to then cut through the seam to make the skimmer hole

The time to correct mistakes is before you cut anything. If you have water in the pool, drain and shift things around if you can. You don't need to shift a lot maybe 12 inches, probably less.

That is way to much work. I have zero time left due to taking time off work. Also my health is not the best right now unfortunately.

While It is not ideal for it to be on a liner seam, I don’t think it’s going to implode or anything. It may cause an issue down the road and need to be patched/gasket replaced or something later so I would always be watchful of the area. This is an issue even if there’s not a seam.
Be sure to install all the gaskets properly & cut the liner last after getting the faceplate on so you don’t risk it sagging and not lining up as the tension from the water may be different in the seam spot vs the other areas.

I'd put a dab of silicone on both sides of the vinyl seam on both sides of the liner (front and back) at both points where it crosses the frame just to be sure there won't be water intrusion in the seam area since it's thicker in those two places compared to the rest of the cut out.
