I grew up with a pool that I helped my Dad with maintenance and will finally have my own in the coming weeks. I’m in Delaware and we are getting a fiberglass pool and salt water. So excited.

It would be a good time now to read up on Pool Care Basics
Also - have you purchased a test kit - see Test Kits Compared
It would also be helpful to update your signature by going to Settings (on the left) and under Signature - add info such as pool volume, fiberglass pool, make and model of pump, filter, heater, etc.
This will help when you ask a question that the pool info is readily available
