Pool equipment location

Is there a general way that the pool equipment/plumbing is supposed to look, or is every situation different? I am looking at the area and size of the equipment layout. The pvc pipes seem to protrude higher than others I have seen. I’m also wondering why they’ve decided to place it a few feet out from the side of house, instead of against the wall... and in middle of wall instead of closer to corner. Any idea on their reasoning? Since it’s 4th of July, I am hesitant to call and ask right now. A72808AF-8100-48FB-8ACB-3FE2157EBCF7.jpeg

The pipes will get cut down.. they are just set up for a pressure test..

Why in the world would you put the pipes against the wall of the house? This would put your valves behind all the pool equipment.

Location of the pool equipment is normally part of the design of the pool lay out.. I wanted my equipment in a specific spot and that is where they put it.

It appears to me what your pool builder is doing is pretty normal..
