Pool Deck Stone Options - Oakville, Blue stone, or similar?

I am building a inground vinyl pool in MN, and struggling to choose the right pool deck and coping material. I’ve moved away from poured concrete and considering natural stone in a light gray. Looking at Indiana limestone, NY blue stone, and Oakville products. Looking for a consistent mono color pattern that I can’t get with travertine, with non skid for kids.

anyone have good/bad experience with oakville stone, wet or dry lay? Looking at their blue ice samples now.

I would get a a few samples to bring to your house/yard to see how it feels to your feet when sitting in your yard. I would water it down and walk on it to see how slippery it is.
