Pool consumes about a gallon of muriatic acid a week

This is ridiculous. I built my pool about 15 months ago. It’s a saltwater inground pool, gunite and plastered. I’ve always gone thru soooo much acid to keep the ph down. Finally I basically gave up and it started scaling real bad. So I’m back to adding at least a gallon a week to keep the ph down. This is getting ridiculously expensive.

I will say it’s also had a slight leak from the beginning. Hired a leak finding service and they couldn’t find it. I can pay for the water but this acid bill is through the roof.

Any suggestions would be awesome.

Post water chemistry data.
Rising pH is normally from using high TA fill water due to evaporation. Is that your issue?

At 15 months the plaster should not be adding to the pH rise.
