I just sweep it into the pool... if its on the deck.. or scoop it up and throw it in the sock.
What if the holes in the sock is why it’s on the deck in the first place ??
I scooped what I could. The rest is in crushed gravel in my pool shed.
Quick question about my heater. When I tried to use my Jandy PDA this morning, I didn’t realize that I had the heater in Standby mode, so it never came on. I then turned it to Pool and it came on. Heater display says bo so I know it’s being controlled by the panel. Question I have is should the Hayward be in pool mode always? When I turned it to spa mode using the PDA, the light continued to stay on pool. Should it automatically turn to spa? When should the light on the heater be on standby or spa?
Also my filter pressure jumped from around 17 to 25. I assume that’s normal? I honestly don’t remember ever checking the pressure in spa mode last year.
