Cal Hardness=86 Low
PH=7.3 OK
CYA=59 High

Do I just need to back off chlorinating, the results for the first two were HIGH.

No. The pool store is using chlorine limits that are intended for pools without CYA. Your pool has CYA. So even if the pool store's testing is accurate, your chlorine level is, if anything, too LOW.
