Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry you're experiencing issues connecting to the app.
First, please reset your internet router and power supply unit by following these troubleshooting steps:
1. Disconnect your internet router, wait for 15 seconds, and reconnect it.
2. Disconnect the black cable from the outlet and wait for about 30 seconds.
3. Reconnect it to the outlet and try to turn on the power supply.
4. Disconnect the blue cable from the power supply, turn the power supply on.
5. Wait for about 30 seconds, reconnect the blue cable while verifying it is well plugged and not harmed or damaged.
Next, I would suggest deleting and re-installing the app, making sure you have allowed the pop-up notification "Allow while the app is working". Make sure you have enabled all operating conditions needed for the app to work properly (Location Services, Bluetooth, 3G/4G, or Wi-Fi with at least 60% in signal strength).
Verify that your Wi-Fi network is set on 2.4GHz only and not on 5GHz or dual-band.
You can always turn the robot on using the manual power button on the power supply unit. If the robot still doesn't turn on, there may be a different issue.
