I used floc and kept it for 48 hours. Water got nice and clean but gunk on the floor. I started manual vacuuming. Shallow end was great. At the deep end after vacuuming a while water got agitated and cloudy again. Actually I tried to skim out some leaves too which were visible on the floor after floc treatment. What to do now? Can I start my sand filter now? Quick response is appreciated.

Ok I got your point. I did vacuum to waste. But do you have a suggestion about if I should start my sand filter in filter mode now? Thanks for your help

All floc needs to be removed before filtering through sand filter. Or plan to deep clean or likely replace the sand.
