Poly 60 for closing from amazon

I figured when I grab my blutec from Amazon I should grab a bottle of poly60 also.

Is their a brand you guys recommend from amazon? I know nothing with copper but was wondering a preferred brand?

I have been doing the blutec for stain and scale each winter and the poly60 from my builder with half slam level each winter and it has been working well for me.

The plus is often chemicals or metals you don't want in your pool water. Usually they are not disclosed on he label and you need to research the MSDS to find out what the plus is. We at TFP say you should never add anything to your pool water that you don;t know what it is and what effects it will have.

Thank you for info! Ps I just noticed you were from NJ. I am from there also originally before work moved us to NC. I still visit family but avoid the winter months at all cost lol.
 
The Kemtek PQ 60 looks fine. The other ingredients is likely just water to make the 60% concentration.

I don’t know what Pentair is shipping. That looks like the 520670 Cleaning Cap. What did you order?

the kit for acid washing my cell if it needs to be done at the end of season. i wanted it just in case even though i run a negative csi all the time.

They are basically the same. The stand functions as a cap. The cap is just a cap. Either one caps one end to hold a diluted acid solution in the cell.
