On my phone the App is reading firmware update failure and won't let me access the robot. I tried clearing the data and cache. I tried adding the robot to the App again but still get the same message. Robot works from the controller.

Someone had this the other day and had to bring it back to the dealer for a controller replacement.
I hope not. The pool store had my robot for 3 months trying to fix it the last time, when the motor went out. I just got it back 3 months ago.
