Hi All,
After trying to find some research on how to fix this issue it seems like this is the best place ask.
Wanted to document this in case someone else has same issue in the future.

Issue; Pool Robot not moving Polaris PCX 864, Controller powers up and the mode light lights up but its weakly light, if I change the mode to do walls too the light is brighter (might be related to something but that is new from the start of this issue). I hit start and the robot don't move, in either modes, this is with the robot in the water. Robot was cleaned out and inspected for any obvious debris if something was stuck inside it. No error codes visible, manual for this model says an led would be blinking but none do.

I watched a bunch of videos but don't see this controller in any videos. Closest one I found was with a bad power supply and guy replaced it (
). I have power since controller lights light up.

I'm thinking of doing the following;
1. Test voltage at controller where cord is. if between around 30V then I assume is fine and might be cord
2. If voltage good, I would check the cord/swivel

It's most likely the plug. Check out YouTube videos on how to fix it. It's simple to fix and a very poor design.
