I just purchased the Polaris 9650iQ robotic cleaner. This isn't necessarily an issue with the cleaner itself but the controller. The system has iAquaLink which I have attempted to get connected multiple times without success.
I have followed the directions of the iAquaLink app and cannot even get connect to the network from the cleaner controller. I spoke with technical support yesterday about this and their solution was to take it to Leslie's for a free diagnostic. I avoid Leslie's at all cost so I certainly don't want to have to bring in a brand new cleaner for them to diagnose with what I would imagine will result in them telling me I need a new cleaner.
I can exchange this (I purchased from Amazon), but I would prefer to get it working. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
