After a gentle nudge on the wheel they start turning again and it seems to work fine until the next stall out. I just replaced the belts and everything inside appeared normal. The water pressure seems fine and the hose filter is clean. Has anyone seen this and I would appreciate any help.

Did you replace the wheel bearings? They buildup corrosion and friction that the water power cannot overcome.

Thanks Allen I will do that and also replace the drive shaft bearing since there seems to be a lot of play in the single wheel.

You were spot on Allen. The outside bearing on the drive wheel was blown.. I replaced all 8 bearings and the gear assembly and now the Polaris runs like new. Thanks
