Hi all, I have a Polaris 280 that has been working for the most part perfectly for many, many moons. When I have the Polaris out of the pool I can manually turn the single wheel on the side and it will turn the other two, however once I drop it into the water and turn on the pump it just sits. Everything else sees to be working properly, the tail is moving around like normal and the back up value is working every few minutes like normal as well. I'd appreciate any suggestions, I can't seem to find a specific video to my issue on the WWW.

First step with any pressure cleaner is ensuring it's getting all the water pressure possibly. Feel around all the hose connections and swivels for water leakage, and check the o-ring that seals the wall fitting.
If the backup valve & sweep tail are acting normal, you're getting proper pressure and your feed hose should be fine. Your problem is going to be inside of the cleaner itself, anything from a cracked feed pipe or manifold to a loose turbine feed hose/tube.
