Polaris 280 drive system

I have a 4 or 5 year old Polaris 280 (the white sticker on the body says 'F5", if that helps)

While out of the pool should all 3 wheels turn at once?

Mine do not. What are some of the more common reasons for this?

There is one central drive shaft that drives the single wheel on one side and should be friction drive the wheels on the other side.

You might want to do the entire Polaris 280 Rebuild kit while you have it apart.
