Plugging holes in concrete pool deck

Hey all,

We have a few holes in our pool deck near our steps for additional railings and have decided we aren't going to use them. Does anyone have recommendations for what type of plastic/rubber/whatever plugs I should use to plug these holes, or if there a better solution I'm not thinking of? I have a 1.5" diameter and a few 2" diameter holes which I'd love to block off.

Construction grout (ie cement without rocks) works great.
