Please help me identify this check valve

I have Jandy equipment and I need to replace a broken check valve spring and some valve pad that is part of it (from spa return valve)
But I cant narrow down what is the name of this pad. Please let me know if you know the name or even better a part number?!

Post a picture of the equipment pad showing where the check valve is.
It may be best to replace the entire valve with a quality Jandy check valve or similar.
 
Take a pic from a few feet back so we can see all your pool plumbing.

Is the check valve on a suction or return line?
Is it on the spa makeup line?
