Hello I have a 2 month old pool. In the shallow end there are some spots where parts of the plaster appear to have chipped off. There are small dents in the plaster. A few weeks ago a plaster guy came out to fix some discoloration in that area of the pool. What can I do to resolve this if the PB does not honor his plaster warranty?

Sorry to hear of your troubles. By all means try to keep the lines of communication open and civil so that the builder continues to make things right for you. Maybe someone in the industry like @bdavis466 can tell us what the next course of action would be if the builder does not honor the warranty and talks break down.
