Plaster issues (different texture and color) from time of construction - ideas on what the cause is based on these photos?

There are these various light spots in the plaster, and after partially draining just recently I noticed they have a different texture too. I've attached some zoomed out and zoomed in photos. Any ideas what would have caused this? Some areas have very little and some have a lot more. Also any cause for long term concern or remediation that should be done aside from the cosmetic aspect? Thanks!

Welcome to TFP.

What is the plaster manufacturer and type that you selected to be installed?

How old is the pool and the plaster?

What was the plaster startup[ process for the first 28 days?

Was any acid washes done on the plaster?

@onBalance may have thoughts.

I'm not sure what manufacturer was used unfortunately as I wasn't involved in that level of detail with the builder. It was finished being built and plastered ~1 year ago. The plaster startup process was water was added the same day as plaster was done and there was regular brushing and I believe ensuring the pH was kept in range. No acid washes.
