Just an FYI: This morning (3/10), we started a planned server update for PoolMath, which will take the app offline for a few hours. We’ll keep you informed as we progress and let you know when it’s expected to be fully back online.

Having issues with the TFP Pool Math app. A version from last year at least had me logged in, but new data could not be logged. Deleted the app, reinstalled, but now the app wanted to set up a new pool. So just to make sure this wasn’t some issue with log in encryption, I setup a new log in password. Account-wise, everything is good. But the iOS app refuses to log in. Maybe it takes time to synch a new password from the website? At this point, iOS app is totally dead. Some people posted about this in May of 2024 (last year). Has it been fixed? Some responses stated there was a paid version of the app, but the link in the website takes me to the same app that I already have. I know that I could use the ‘Old TFP poolmath page’ but isn’t there a way to get the iOS app working? Is my old data accessible anymore?

Hi - can you please link us here to the post where iOS updates are being provided? I tried to login with my TFP subscription as I’m now opening my pool and it acted like it did t recognize my pool or retain my history. It was terrifying. I sure hope this isn’t the case???

Have been unable to enter test results this morning (Android). Getting an error message "please try again in a bit" or similar.
Logged out and am now unable to log back in, though web login appears to be working.
Just me? Something at HQ?

To start today we’ve preformed a backup and have proceed making a copy of all details from the current server onto our new server. This process is currently 90% complete and we’re expecting somewhere around an hour for this to complete from now. Once this step is done we will then update some code on the server and finally
test the new server internally. Assuming all went well we will then open things up publicly and go from there.

It is our assumption all data, subscriptions, and so forth will be migrated over and it’s our hope tomorrow you won’t even know you’re on a new server as it’ll be just like the old. We’re having to do this as the old server was dated and maxed out, so this process simply will help us move forward.

Also, yes all subscriptions, data, etc. should still be there As @Leebo mentioned, you shouldn't even know anything has changed.
