Does this look like it's enough aeration to raise pH in a 60k pool.... or am I just spitting in the ocean?

Any amount of aeration will work -- just depends on how long it takes.

Actually went up a bit overnight. This morning I had readings of 7.6 and 90... and that's with some stabilizer in the skimmer baskets. Seems to be working!
