Ph help

Bleach doesn’t increase pH. Aeration and time will, or you could use borax or soda ash. (Pucks will lower your pH, and using bleach instead means not lowering the pH with chlorination method, but that’s not the same as raising it.)

For us to really help though, we will need test results from a reliable test kit. You have a very nice investment in your pool - I recommend getting either a TF-100 or a Taylor K-2006c. Then you can reliably test all of your water levels, including pH and TA.

Will it raise your pH? I'm sure it will. There are probably cheaper options, and without knowing your current pH and TA from a reliable source (like your own test kit) it's hard for us to say what we'd recommend, or to give advice on how well that product will work for you. (I checked the SDS, it's sodium carbonate.)

Marty beat me to it and I agree that you really need to test your TA. Low pH is an unusual problem with salt pools and is often indicative that the TA may be low. As well since pH tests have a limited range it is possible for it to be lower than 6.8 and a TA test would validate whether this is the case.

TA of 0 implies a pH in the 4's, if correct. You had to add lots of acid to get there.

I am not thrilled with the test equipment, so my recommendations are prefaced that your test data could be very wrong, but based on what you have given us --
Use Poolmath. Enter pH of 6.8 now with target of 7.5. Enter a TA of 0. Add the amount of soda ash/washing soda Poolmath says. Circulate for 30 minutes, test pH, repeat until you read a pH in the 7's. Then test TA.

If your pool water is cloudy, you need a better test kit to properly clear the algae from it.

I added 3 gallons of muriatic acid because I had a very high ph reading but now I believe my digital ph was broken

If that was full strength MA, you crashed your pH and TA. You now must reverse that. Never, never, add that much acid in to a pool. Your pH could never be that high.
