Since the salt cell has been off for the last couple months, I have been adding 10% chlorine once a week (losing ~3ppm per week). Each time I have checked the pH, it has been around 7.2 to 7.4. Pool math says ideal range is 7.6 to 7.8. Should I be adjusting or leave as is?

Life is not always ideal. Any pH in the 7’s is OK.

And OP has a fiberglass pool with no CSI concerns, unless they have waterline tile (grout).
