Pentair Ultratemp Heat Pump High Refrig Error

Hello everyone, first time posting.

We put in a Pentair Ultratemp Heat Pump three seasons ago. Its worked great pretty much the entire time, however this year we've started to get the high refigerant error. It literally wont heat at all.

Looking for any advice from the community.

With the 3-way valve in that position you are likely bypassing too much water. The handle now, in the picture, is pointed to the 6 o'clock position. Loosen the nut, lift the handle so it will get past the stops in the lid and have the handle point to the 10 or 2 o'clock position and give it a try.
