Pentair Ultratemp eti questions

My contractor just installed my Pentair Ultratemp ETI hybrid heater for my pool. It seems to work in all modes (Gas only, H. Pump only, Hybrid and Dual) when on the pool but for the spa it will only work in H. Pump only. My contractor said this is normal but Im not convinced.
Shouldnt I be able to heat my spa using all the modes as well?
i have the Easytouch Control Panel and the Screen Logic as well

I would think you would want to heat the spa using gas as that will be much quicker.

Hopefully someone with that heating system will pop up and provide some input.

I called Pentair and found out it actually does all of the above it is just the screen logic app was having issues. So if I put it on DUAL thent he heater was in fact running on DUAL even though the app was showing GAS only.
