I had a SuperFlo VST installed and connected to my existing SolarTouch controller via a communication cable. It has 8 pins and I believe it’s 356324Z.
But the pump doesn’t work when ithe cable is connected— not via the controller and not even when I push the buttons manually. The pump display alternates between “SER” and “AUTO”. I know the connection is intact because when It try to turn on the pump from the controller, the corresponding program number flashes, but the pump never turns on. Even the Quick Clean button doesn’t work. If I disconnect the cable, the pump works fine. The guy who installed it is trying to figure it out too. Any help?
