Pentair Superflo VS dead display

Have a Pentair Duperflo VS 342001 that is about 3 years old. Started popping breakers last week after running for a couple hours. Motor never was hot when it popped the breaker, but still Cleaned vents, made sure impeller was free and clean, and no evidence of clogged lines. Still popping breakers, then the pump just stopped. LEDs blinked random on and off, flashing a message that says “rEL 9”, then display panel went blank. Replaced breakers, rewired from panel to pump, verified 120 volts at each line at terminals on pump, and still blank panel. No water inside display.
Where do I go from here?

You can't test 240 volts by measuring L1 to ground and getting 120 volts and then L2 to ground and getting 120 volts. You need to measure between L1 and L2 and make sure you are getting 240 volts. Measuring to ground can give you a false reading when the pump is connected.

Based upon the other things you did, I doubt this is your problem, but it make sense to remeasure the input voltage to the pump, just to make sure.

If you actually have 240 volts to the pump, then obviously the pump is dead. Most likely the control head.

120V at each terminal does not mean 240V to the pump. You need to check the voltage between the terminals at the pump, line 1 to line 2.
