While I have suffered the frequently reported loses of current time setting, my problem has gotten worse with a recent power outage.
Symptoms are varying:
  • At first it appeared to be a touch pad failure with none of the touchpad keys responding to touch and thus unable to do anything
  • After playing around a day or two and trying "SAFE MODE RESET" and FACTORY RESET, neither worked
  • I tried turning power of at the breaker, multiple times, and with some trial and error I was able to go through a complete setup.
  • NOW, it appears to work with correct time set, starting at the setup time and going through Phase #1, phase #2 and phase #3.
  • EXCEPT, NOW it fails to turn off after the set number of hours? It just keeps running in phase#3. I have to shut power off to stop the pump. I then hit start again and it will turn the pump on at the scheduled time in the morning.
  • No error Codes. ANY SUGGESTIONS to resolve? I am assumming I will have to replace the drive or entire pump.
  • Second question: Do authorized repairmen have the ability to fix the Touchpad/cover or drive unit, or do they simply replace those components like I would?

There are no "user serviceable" parts in those drives.
