Pentair Screen Logic Help

Our screen logic apps quit connecting about a week ago for some reason. We haven't changed anything, although we did lose power briefly during a storm, but that is not unusual in Texas and has not affected our apps before. I have an Android, hubby has an iPhone. We have tried the paperclip reset, unplugging everything inside and outside, etc. Nothing works. Pentair support is no help and could not figure it out either. Any ideas?

What LED lights do you have lit on the Screenlogic boxes?

Not sure I can help, as I have had ScreenLogic for about 9 years and it just has always worked, so I have no real experience with it not working.

The first thing I need to know is how is your EasyTouch connected to the Protocol adapter? Is it hardwired or are you using the wireless links?
