Hello - I've been using Screen Logic with Alex for 3 years & the Pentair ScreenLogic iphone app with no problems. Last week Alex told me the pool system was "offline" but my phone app continues to work remotely just fine.
I went to the Alex/Pentair interface web site (Pentair SSO) and it too says that it cannot find my Protocol adapter address and says the "pool system is offline". I contacted Pentiar tech support and the customer support agent didn't have an answer. He said you follow the directions and it "just works" - which it did last week but not this week.
I can access screen logic from both my phone and on the PC. I've verified that the protocol address is correct (matches what's on my phone app and the system). What are my next steps? Any troubleshooting ideas?
