Pentair Salt cell/ Home App connection help

I just had the Pentair salt cell replace (under warranty, thank God) and now it is no where to be found as a device on the Pentair app.
Click on "add a device" and it isn't listed at all so there is no way to add it to the dashboard. The company that replaced the Salt cell
had no idea as well.
Has anyone seen this or know what to do? I have powered down the circuit breaker to reset, deleted and re-installed the app, etc. Nothing works.

Did the company that replaced the cell change the RS-485 connection between the Power Center and your IntelliConnect?

What exactly was replaced?

Show us pics of the IntelliConnect wiring and the Power Center wiring.

Thanks for the reply. I finally figured it out. It had to be added as "sanitizer" after clicking on the IntelliConnect icon. They had it hidden pretty good but I found it.
