We have a Pentair MasterTemp 400 that all of a sudden no longer seems connected to our easytouch / screenlogic system. We can't control (turn on/off, set temp, etc) but if we turn on the heater manually we can see the temp on the screenlogic app which I take it means the wiring is still good. Spoke with Pentair and they said that because we can turn on the heater manually that it's a wiring issue, however, they could not explain why we were able to see info in screenlogic if the wiring was bad. Pentair was no additional help. I looked at the fireman's switch and the wires are connected and the fuse is good. Any help in troubleshooting would greatly be appreciated.
