Show me a pic of the Circuit Breaker the heater is connected to.

To confirm the heater is connected to 120V and the correct voltage plug is in place.

Does anyone have any instructions on how I even access the capacitor to test it?

Just hoping someone can jump in here and give me a little bit of advice on the capacitor. I seen the instructions on what to do to test it and I feel I can handle that.

But, just want some advice on how to get to it before I start taking things apart. Don’t want to waste time taking the wrong approach in doing so.

Which capacitor are you trying to test the blower motor start capacitor? I've tested a few capacitors on home air handlers and a couple motors. I assume the procedure is the same. If it was the capacitor I would think you could hand spin the motor to start it though.

Yes, the blower motor capacitor.

I'm not sure that motor even has a start capacitor.
