Pentair LED lights combination of blinking, working and off

I have three LED lights in my pool (Pentair globe underwater LED light), Pentair intellibright controller with Pentair PS300 controller. What could be going on? One works, one lights up and the third flickers.

You have two lights that are failing.

How old are they? Are they under warranty?

Less than 5 yrs with minimal hours of use. Could the transformer be failing?

That is the way those lights fail at about your timeframe.

In theory shouldn’t LED light list for thousands of hours?? I probably have less than 100 of them.

In practice no pool LED lights have proven longevity.

The LEDs may last thousands of hours. The electronic drivers in the light needed to make the LED work fail. And the lights crack and get water in them.

To replace the lights does the pool need to be dropped below that level? I don’t remember how they were installed.

Not necessarily. You need to ask the folks doing the work.
